Individuals who are disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe may be removed from class or the program and may lose the opportunity to participate in future Community Education offerings.

REFUND POLICY:

Your money will be refunded if your class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Please note that a business day is equivalent to a school day.

RAILHAWKS PRESCHOOL PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY:

All registration fees are nonrefundable. The first month’s tuition is due on August 1, with tuition payments concluding on April 1. If you choose to cancel enrollment after August 1, the first month’s tuition remains nonrefundable, as the child’s enrollment is considered in determining sufficient enrollment to operate the class.

All tuition payments are processed electronically through auto-debit in the Arux software system. A $20 late fee will be applied to any payment that does not process successfully or is received after the due date. No refunds are issued for missed classes or for withdrawals made within the current month of service.
