Flexibility, strength, coordination, determination and discipline for all body types and genders! The classes are focused on highlighting every students abilities and strengths through careful planning to lead to confidence building that can last a lifetime.

We have 2 sessions available: 

Session 1:      8+ years old                        5:45 - 6:45 PM

Session 2:      Competitive Team               6:30 - 7:45 PM

Please let your child wear tight fitting cloth, gymnastic shoes (or barefoot) and hair up!

Each Child has to bring a one time $20 cash payment for the instructor, to get registered in the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) for insurance purposes. (First Visit only)
