Students will work in teams of 3-4 to read 15 book titles across three lists. Individual students will be responsible for reading 5 books. The students will discuss the books, asks questions, and prepare for the "game show" battle about the books. Students will need to read outside of school to prepare for each meeting.

Battle of the Books is for students in Grades 4-5 who love to read. Families will need to provide their own transportation home. 

Meetings will take place at Bay View Elementary on the following Tuesday dates: 11/7 (informational meeting), 11/28, 11/22, 12/19, 1/9, 1/30, 2/13, 2/27, 3/12, 4/2, 4/23, 5/7, 5/14.

The Battle will be held on Friday, May 17th at a location to be determined. Details will be available at a later date!
