Take charge of your pregnancy wellness with this dynamic three-week series combining prenatal yoga and strength training. Tuesdays will challenge and center you with powerful, balanced yoga sessions, while Thursdays build your resilience through functional strength and conditioning. Every class is designed for all fitness levels and all trimesters. Strengthen, stabilize, and confidently support your body through every stage of pregnancy—while preparing for birth and postpartum with purpose.
*Wear comfortable clothes, shoes to lift in (not for yoga) and a water bottle.
Instructors
Emily Marie Anderson

Emily Anderson is a mom of two and a certified pregnancy and postpartum fitness coach at Empower Ortho and Pelvic Health. She’s passionate about supporting women through every stage of pregnancy and beyond, helping them feel strong, confident, and cared for.
Outside the studio, you’ll find Emily soaking up time outdoors—hiking, running, or skipping rocks along the lake with her family. She loves connecting with other moms and never gets tired of hearing their birth stories.
Sarah Chapple

Sarah Chapple is a birth doula and yoga teacher at Empower Ortho and Pelvic Health who specializes in birth work & prenatal yoga. She is passionate about supporting people through this transition into parenthood and loves to hold space in this process so each family can navigate this journey in their own unique way. Outside of work, she enjoys being outside on her mountain bike and cross country skis, traveling to the mountains and spending time with her family and friends.
