Open Swim

Splash into fun with our Open Swim sessions! These sessions are perfect for letting your child show off their swim skills while having a blast in the water with friends! Please arrive at 1 pm. Please review the following rules before registering!

• Children ages 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult within arm's reach in the water
  
• Young children who are not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper
• The shallow end is open to all swimmers
• Children wishing to swim in the middle or deep end must pass a swim test at the start of the session by...
  • Swimming the length of the pool without touching the bottom
  • Treading water for 30 seconds
  • Each swimmer is allowed 1 attempt per day
• Swim goggles permitted, but goggles that cover the nose may not be used
• Participants may use the facility's diving board & pool toys/equipment
• No fee for Guardians to sit in the bleachers (We heavily encourage guardians to stay in case of emergency)

If your child attends Proctor Kids' Zone, transportation will be provided on one of the days on Monday. Busing will be available at Pike Lake & Bay View.
