Mastering the Multi-Cooker:
Take the mystery out of your electric pressure cooker (multi-cooker) in this engaging, LIVE, chef-led virtual cook-
along experience. Learn the foundations of cooking and care, and how to make a few amazingly satisfying dishes
in your multi-cooker. Participants are invited to join in a hands-on cook-along creating the instructor’s Creamy-
Cheesy Tuscan Chicken with Penne - a flavorful, family-friendly meal that is sure to be a new household favorite.
In addition, participants will be treated to a Yogurt Tutorial, and demonstrations in creating breakfast and
dessert options using the multi-cooker. An interactive and welcoming class with time built in for questions

Ramen Revival:
Ramen noodles may be humble, but with a little creativity and flair, they can be taken to a whole new level being
transformed into a restaurant-worthy meal. Join Chef Tess for this fun filled cook-along adventure and learn to
turn this humble noodle into a truly special meal using high-quality proteins, fresh vibrant vegetables, and Asian
pantry stables. Learn to elevate texture and taste, marinate the protein, and prepare the vegetables and how to
build bold, balanced flavors by crafting a rich full- flavorful sauce. Then discover a few simple cooking techniques
for layering the ingredients and the flavors to create depth, texture, and visual appeal in every serving. Whether

Handcrafted Tortellini Workshop:
Discover the joy of making fresh, handcrafted tortellini from start to finish! Join Chef Tess in one of her newest
hands-on cook-along experiences where you will learn how to make delicate pasta dough from scratch, then roll,
fill and shape your own tortellini with scratch made fillings. We’ll begin by preparing a rich, creamy three-cheese
filling which becomes the foundation for two delicious variations: a savory mushroom and 3-cheese filling
bursting with umami (with the option to substitute spinach for the mushrooms), and a hearty Italian sausage and
3-cheese filling for those who prefer a more robust option. Chef Tess will guide you through the process of
stuffing and shaping the tortellini step-by-step then cooking them to perfection with a velvety scratch-made
cream sauce for a truly authentic experience. Regardless of your culinary background, this class will empower
you with the artistry and assurance to create exquisite, homemade tortellini that delight every time.
Bring the Wok Home:
Skip the takeout and bring bold, homemade Asian flavors to your table in 30 minutes or less! In this hands-on
cook-along experience, you’ll learn how to create three quick, scratch-made healthy chicken rice bowls inspired
by Japanese, Chinese, and Korean cuisine. We’ll make Chef Tess’ versions of Teriyaki Chicken, Honey Garlic
Chicken, and Gochujang-glazed chicken using a simple, repeatable HEALTHY cooking method that makes
weeknight meals fast and stress-free. You’ll also learn an easy versatile approach to preparing vegetable sides.
Tips for marinating, seasoning, and building flavor will also be shared. Perfect for busy nights and meal prep,
these dishes are fresh, economical, and better than takeout.
Tess Georgakopoulos
Instructor
Tess Georgakopoulos, creator of Dish it up Good also known as “Chef Tess—Culinary Artist”, brings over four
decades of cooking and baking experience to her work as a culinary educator and Community Education
instructor.
Raised in a Greek Family where food was a central expression of love and connection, Tess developed her
passion for cooking at a young age alongside her father, a trained chef. Those early experiences continue to
shape her approach today—blending tradition, creativity, and deep appreciation for the role food plays in brining
people together.
As an accomplished cook, baker, and recipe developer, Tess is continually expanding her culinary repertoire
through ongoing experimentation in her test kitchen. She is known for creating thoughtfully designed “gold
standard” culinary experiences that combine technique, creativity, and approachability.
She currently partners with over 60 public school districts across Minnesota, and additional programs in
Wisconsin, Missouri, New York and Oklahoma, and has taught over 5,000 participants. Through her teaching,
Tess empowers home cooks of all skill levels to build confidence, expand their abilities, and experience the joy of
creating meaningful meals in their own kitchens
Her guiding philosophy is simple: to make cooking approachable, enjoyable, and rewarding—helping others
“make dishing simple and delicious”.
