Kettlebell HIIT
Kick your fitness into gear with this interval training approach incorporating dynamic moves using kettlebells to enhance your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Our experienced instructor, Lindsay Moen, will help you burn calories with this upbeat full-body work. Kettlebells will be provided but not shared. Participants should bring an exercise mat. If you can't make it the whole session, we offer a drop-in option as well - it is recommended that you have taken the class with Lindsay before, if you are choosing the drop-in option- -
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. The chair is used as a prop for both seated and standing poses. -
Low Carb Kitchen
Join us on a journey into low-carb living! A low-carb diet significantly reduces the intake of carbohydrates, which are mainly found in grains, starchy vegetables, and fruits. This dietary approach emphasizes foods high in protein and fat, while eliminating unnecessary carbohydrates from your daily meals. Dr. Mollner, a Family and Occupational Physician at Essentia Health, will provide expert advice on planning effective low-carb meals. She will share quick and nutritious recipes, suggest smart food swaps for healthier options, and provide you with a comprehensive list of essential low-carb pantry items. -
Merritt Martial Arts - Fall 2025 Program
Develop your physical and mental health through various Contemporary and Traditional Martial Arts training. Participants can expect to learn Martial Arts history and philosophy, plus a great workout. This session includes light contact sparring and Belt Rank Promotions for qualified candidates. There will also be an additional fee of $20 for belt rank promotions & sparing equipment. Lessons will take place on Mondays & Wednesdays at Solway Town Hall. Gold belt and up rank will be from 5:00 - 6:00 pm Beginners will be from 6:00-7:00 pm. Anyone 6 and above can participate in either session. One-hour lessons per week are $40/month. Two-hour lessons per week are $80/month. -

Jeet Kune Do Fusion
Jeet Kune Do Fusion: Jeet Kune Do, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, Kempo and Cane are either for defense or for offense. What I have done with Jeet Kune Do Fusion is to combine (fuse) Jeet Kune Do with Hapkido for self-defense along with some kicks and blocks from Kempo, the fighting range from Tae Kwon Do and weapon disarming from Cane. Jeet Kune Do Fusion is not only a complete stand-alone system but it will work well with other systems. This system is for adults of all ages and limitations. No special ability needed. Students may advance in this program testing fees will be due and are payable to the instructor. Open Play! Futsal is a variant of association football played on a hard court, smaller than a football pitch, and mainly indoors. It features similarities to five-a-side football. Open Pickleball - Bay View
Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports, and Community Education invites everyone to play! Whether you are new to the sport, haven’t picked up a paddle recently, or you’re a veteran player, you’ll find social pickleball to be fun and engaging. All games are self-officiated, and the teams will be determined by players. Prerequisite: Players must be able to rally and keep pace at a basic level. Equipment, paddles, and balls are provided courtesy of Community Education. Due to the high-demand for district athletic facilities, all play must end promptly at 8:30 pm -
