DASH Sports T-Ball Tykes introduces young players to the fundamentals of baseball in a fun and supportive environment. Through engaging skill-based drills and mini-games, athletes will learn how to properly throw, catch, hit off a tee, and run the bases. Our goal is to build coordination, confidence, and a love for the game while encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Athletes should bring a water bottle, wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes, and bring a baseball glove. All other equipment is provided. Parent participation is required for the 2–3 year old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group. -

Rails Girls' Soccer Camp - High School
Girls Soccer Summer Camp (grades 7-12 in the 2026-2027 school year) - conditioning, fundamentals, and skill development. Rising Aces Tennis Summer Camp | Grades K-2
Participants learn the athletic skills needed for tennis and build confidence on the court through individual and group games. Players build hand-eye coordination and movement skills as well as gain comfort with the equipment. Choose you between all 6 days or pick your own 3. This camp is geared for grades K - 2. Soaring Aces Tennis Summer Camp | Grades 3-5
Intermediate players develop technical and tactical skills along with the continued development of the fundamentals while playing live drills and matches. Players build character and a basic understanding of the game while working on the foundations for serving, rallying and scoring while continuing to build hand-eye coordination and movement skills. TYKES Soccer (Ages 2-6)

DASH Lacrosse - Camp
DASH Sports Summer Lacrosse camps provide participants with a no-contact introductory experience to the game. Athletes will learn basic lacrosse fundamentals, including stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting all in a fun, non-checking environment. This is a non-contact camp; helmets, gloves, and mouthguards are not required, but can be brought andworn. Sticks and safety lacrosse balls are provided. Participants should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and a snack. -
DASH Soccer - Camp
DASH Sports Summer soccer camps provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense) training and skill-based games. Players will be challenged and grouped at an appropriate level while receiving instruction in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a snack (spikes and shin guards are optional). Balls are provided. -
Hermantown Speed & Strength Training (Summer 2026)
Led by coach Greg Aker, Hermantown Speed and Strength Training will be taking place over the course of 6 weeks at Hermantown High School from Monday, June 29th, through Friday, August 7th. This training program is for students entering grades 8-12 only. There is no class on July 3rd. Below is additional information for interested participants. If you have any questions, please contact Greg Aker at gaker@isd700.org. To be considered a registered participant, a payment of $100 must be made by the deadline. Payments must be submitted online through the Community Ed website (ph.arux.app) Schedule: Monday through Friday starting June 29th and ending August 7th Three A.M. sessions offered: Session 1: 8:00-9:15 Session 2: 9:15-10:30 Session 3: 10:30-11:45 Any session is an option for participants on any given day to accommodate participants and their summer schedules Adjustments to the schedule will be made on an as-needed basis -
DASH Multi-sport camp
DASH Sports Summer Multi-Sport camp includes fun skills training and games in three sports: Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football. Key sports skills will be taught and practiced in all 3 sports so athletes will come out of camp with a great understanding of key skill components and gameplay of each sport. Camp ends with games/scrimmages the final day for each sport, where athletes can showcase their skills. Campers should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle, snack and wear athletic shoes and clothing. All equipment is provided. -
DASH Pickleball Camp
Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. DASH Sports SummerPickleball camps provide participants with an introductory experience to the game in a fun and positive atmosphere. Emphasis is on technique and game play. Key elements of serving, returning, volleys, overheads, and lobbing will be taught and practiced. Camp ends with games on the final day. Participants should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and a snack. Campers should bring a pickleball paddle (if you don’t have one, we will provide paddles). Balls and all otherequipment are provided. -
TYKES - Sport Sampler
DASH Sports Sampler camps provide players with an introductory experience to two popular sports games. This camp includes instruction in Soccer and T-ball. Little athletes will learn how to run, throw, catch, kick, and more! This camp ends on the final day with fun scrimmages and games. Participants should bring a baseball glove, a water bottle, and wear athletic clothing & shoes. All other equipment is provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year-old age group. -
Rally Tennis Jamboree | Grades 2-6
Superbouce, Jail, 4-square, Champion of the Court, Slime, and many more! Every day a new tennis game will be introduced. This camp will be hosted by Hermantown Hawk Varsity players under the direction of Head Coach Jessica Worden. We will meet at the Tennis court by the Hermantown Learning Center. -
Tennis Match Play l Grades 2-5
This is designed to introduce match play for those students who are new to tennis. We will focus on serves, scoring, and rally points. Perfect way for students who are eager to start competing and taking their game to the next level. Match play will be on an appropriate size court and with appropriate balls. -
DASH Track & Field Camp
DASH Sports Summer Track & Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: sprinting, throwing (javelin and shot put), relay running, long jumping and distance running. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. All players will be timed/tested on the first and last day. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance. Campers should wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle, a snack, and wear athletic clothing/shoes. -
DASH Ultimate Games camp
DASH Sports Summer Phys. Ed Games (Ultimate Games) camp provides participants with a fun experience learning and playing your favorite physical education games! Games will include: Capture the Flag, Kickball, Dodgeball, Tag games, Ultimate Frisbee/Football, Soccer, Sharks and Minnows, and more! Participants will learn teamwork and values such as respect, hustle, and pride, all in a fun environment. Campers should bring a snack, a water bottle, and sunscreen. All other equipment is provided. -
TYKES Floor Hockey (Ages 3-6)
DASH Sports Floor Hockey Tykes Camps introduce young athletes to the fast-paced and exciting game of floor hockey through fun, skill-based drills and mini-games. Campers will learn the basics of stick handling, passing, shooting, and defensive positioning—all in a positive, energetic environment that builds coordination, confidence, and teamwork. Athletes should bring a water bottle, wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes. Sticks are provided. Run Club
It doesn’t matter whether your kid wants to be the next Grandma’s Marathon champion or getting started. Our Young Athletes Foundation Running Club is the perfect place for them. Our club meets weekly and provides a fun, engaging training program that culminates with our Minnesota Mile on Friday, September 11th. No experience is necessary; everyone is welcome, from avid runners to first-timers! Entry to the 2026 Minnesota Mile is included with Running Club sign-up. -
DASH Summer Jr. NBA Basketball camp
DASH Sports Summer Jr. NBA basketball camps provide players with a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Camp ends with scrimmages and games the final day, where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack. Balls are provided. Each participant may receive a custom Jr. NBA Jersey of their favorite team with their name and number printed on the back to keep (an additional $30 fee). -

Youth Offensive & Defensive Line Mastery Camp Led by Proctor Football Coach Matt K. This camp is designed for the athletes who battle in the trenches — the offensive and defensive linemen who control the line of scrimmage. Built for players entering grades 3–9 (Fall 2026), this camp delivers high‑detail, position‑specific instruction that focuses on the technical, physical, and mental demands of OL and DL play.
