Jeet Kune Do FusionAdult Health, Fitness, & SafetyJeet Kune Do Fusion: Jeet Kune Do, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, Kempo and Cane are either for defense or for offense. What I have done with Jeet Kune Do Fusion is to combine (fuse) Jeet Kune Do with Hapkido for self-defense along with some kicks and blocks from Kempo, the fighting range from Tae Kwon Do and weapon disarming from Cane. Jeet Kune Do Fusion is not only a complete stand-alone system but it will work well with other systems. This system is for adults of all ages and limitations. No special ability needed. Our activities enrich and engage children in a social environment that encourages cooperative play. Staff strives to maintain a 1:12 ratio that is below the State of Minnesota’s rate of 1:15.
