We'll bring the public library experience alive in our classroom as children explore books of every kind and spend time paging through their favorite stories. The early learning teacher will read a special story each week and engage young minds with purposeful, exploratory questions and an activity. Occasional special guests will visit the classroom to wow children and read the story of the day! Develop your physical and mental health through various Contemporary and Traditional Martial Arts training. Participants can expect to learn Martial Arts history and philosophy, plus a great workout. This session includes light contact sparring and Belt Rank Promotions for qualified candidates. There will also be an additional fee of $20 for belt rank promotions & sparing equipment. Lessons will take place on Mondays & Wednesdays at Solway Town Hall. Gold belt and up rank will be from 5:00 - 6:00 pm Beginners will be from 6:00-7:00 pm. A 4-week drop-off experience that invites children to explore a new theme through hands-on games, creative projects, music, movement, and playful learning activities. Guided by our early childhood staff, children will build social skills, independence, and confidence while having fun in a safe and engaging environment.
