Amtrak-Will Get You There – EventuallyAdult Enriching Generations TogetherExplore what cities Amtrak services (over 500) in 46 states and 2 provinces in Canada. Randy will have many handouts and visit about his 10 years of Amtrak Travel covering 21 different train trips and almost 91,000 miles. He will not sugar coat it but will give you the good and bad. He will tell you what to bring, what you can eat on the train and what not to do. He will talk about the Amtrak web page, how to make reservations and what Facebook pages you may want to join. You will see the different cars and the two different kinds of trains you can take. He will show some videos and will conduct the class as an open class, meaning you may ask questions whenever you want to. After the class he will make his phone number and email address available to the class for future help making reservations and to answer any questions that you might have. CPR, AED & First Aid TrainingAdult Enriching Generations TogetherThe Emergency First Response™ CPR, AED and First Aid training is designed as a “hands on” program to teach CPR on infants or adults and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) to all lay rescuers. In the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training component, learn how to use the AED machines now available in most public buildings. First Aid is an optional add on to this course and will take place on the last date. If you only wish to be certified in CPR & AED, you will need to attend the first two dates. Certificate is good for two years. Wear comfortable clothing.
