Join our trainer Shannon Polson for this 30 minute class, it combines strengthening and flexibility exercises to target and tone your entire midsection. Each session will focus on building muscle and increasing your endurance, which will decrease pain and improve your posture. Start your Tuesday mornings feeling stronger with more energy for the day!
