Develop your physical and mental health through various Contemporary and Traditional Martial Arts training. Participants can expect to learn Martial Arts history and philosophy, plus a great workout. This session includes light contact sparring and Belt Rank Promotions for qualified candidates. There will also be an additional fee of $20 for belt rank promotions & sparing equipment. Lessons will take place on Mondays & Wednesdays at Solway Town Hall. 

Gold belt and up rank will be from 5:00 - 6:00 pm

Beginners will be from 6:00-7:00 pm. 

Anyone 6 and above can participate in either session. 

One-hour lessons per week are $40/month. Two-hour lessons per week are $80/month.
