Hermantown Speed & Strength Training (Summer 2026)

Led by coach Greg Aker, Hermantown Speed and Strength Training will be taking place over the course of 6 weeks at Hermantown High School from Monday, June 29th, through Friday, August 7th. This training program is for students entering grades 8-12 only. There is no class on July 3rd.

To be considered a registered participant, a payment of $100 must be made by the deadline. Payments must be submitted online through the Community Ed website (ph.arux.app)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday starting June 29th and ending August 7th
• Three A.M. sessions offered:
  • Session 1: 8:00-9:15
  • Session 2: 9:15-10:30
  • Session 3: 10:30-11:45
• Any session is an option for participants on any given day to accommodate participants and their summer schedules
• Adjustments to the schedule will be made on an as-needed basis
