Circle of SecurityEarly Childhood Family EducationThe Circle of Security Parenting Program is a quarterly (Q4) class that uses decades of research to help parents develop and strengthen secure parent-child relationships. This intensive class teaches parents and caregivers to better understand the emotional needs of their children, how to support their child's ability to manage and improve self-esteem, and how to honor parents' innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure. Together, we will focus on learning how to both read your toddler's emotional needs and help them successfully manage these emotions. In return, students will help you in your yard, shovel snow, provide tech support for your cell phone or computer, or assist with other daily tasks to earn their Civic Engagement Credits necessary for graduation. NewCrazy Clay Creations (Hermantown)Youth ClassesExperiment in the wonderful world of ceramics through this two-session workshop! This is a perfect opportunity for kids to learn the basics of ceramic hand building techniques and get their young hands into air-dry clay. Young artists will use their imagination to create unique masterpieces of their own, including pinch and coil pots, mini bowls, and more. The first session will be for sculpting out pieces and the second session will be use to paint and finish our projects. Please note that all items are air-dry and no potter’s wheels or kilns will be used during these sessions.2025-2026 -

This 45-minute Lightwork introduction is designed for parents with babies up to 6 months, as well as pregnant and preparing parents. It offers a gentle way to experience how meditation can shift and restore your energy.During this fun and interactive session you will learn two techniques to support your well-being: Centering and Grounding. These practices can be used anytime, whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed by newness, or simply seeking to return to a place of calm and clarity.This class is a fit for newcomers, experienced meditators, and everyone in between. You will meditate seated in a chair, making it gentle on the body. Drone CampRailHawks Enrichment & DevelopmentThe camp will empower students to master drone flying. Participants will develop essential control and navigation skills, whether they are beginners or have some experience. Each day will feature exciting challenges like obstacle courses and precision landings, culminating in a thrilling drone-flying competition. Drone Fee: A $45 drone fee is payable by check or Venmo to the instructor on the first day of camp. Each student gets to keep their drone at the end of the week!2025-2026 -
Drone ZoneRAILHAWKS STEAMJoin us for an exciting drone-flying adventure! Enroll your child to learn how to expertly control drones, whether they’re beginners or have some experience. Each session includes thrilling challenges like obstacle courses, precision landings, and team relay races, with fun increasing as they progress. Remember, attending the first class is important for an excellent drone introduction. We can’t wait to see your child in class! Students will meet with the instructor after school in the Commons Area of the Middle School. Additional Supply Fee: $45 for the drone (payable to the instructor on the first day). If your child attended the Drone summer camp, they can bring their camp drone and won't need to pay the fee.2025-2026 -
ECFE Family NightsEarly Learning ActivitiesEarly Learning hosts many pop-up events at minimal cost or free throughout the year to bring families from our communities together. This is an opportunity to spend quality time with your child(ren) participating in activities that are age-appropriate and joyous for children. We encourage all our families with young children to get out and explore the world through their eyes! Pop-up events are also a great way for families to participate in early learning if an ECFE class is not feasible for your family. It is also a great time to check in with our early childhood experts and ask questions about our programs, parenting questions, and learn more about your child's development. All our events are planned by our early learning staff because we enjoy helping families grow, and we know how essential it is to strengthen the family bond. Each event is one night only.2025-2026 -
