Join instructor Shannon Polson for a 45 minute strength and cardio session! Focus on a more efficient way of living with specifically designed strength exercises while increasing your endurance with light cardio. Each session includes a warmup and cool down where we'll focus on balance and flexibility. No equipment is needed; however if you have a pair of light weights, please bring them to class! No exercise experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes, proper footwear, and bring a water bottle. Join Mrs. Roxy in her 4th American Girl Doll Summer Reading Program! Ms. Roxy is excited to promote a love of reading and host another American Girl Doll giveaway! After registering and paying, you will receive a reading log via email. For every 20 minutes you read with your child or that your child reads independently, fill in a circle on the log. Each 100 minutes earns you a ticket for a prize drawing of an American Girl doll. If you reach 1,800 minutes (30 hours), your name will be entered 18 times! The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from the American Safety and Health Institute provides everything you need to know for safe and successful babysitting. The students will receive their certification card and instructions to access a digital copy of the Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) Student book at the end of class. From getting started with your business to collaborating with parents and children to key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips, CABS will help set you up for babysitting success. Students must be present for the entire class and complete achievement of the core learning objectives to receive certification valid for two years. Students attend this class independently and should come prepared with a notebook and pen.

Let your child join our Baton class and learn how to master baton terminology and develop essential twirling skills while enhancing their hand-eye coordination. Supported floats, glides, and beginning front and backstroke work are covered. Safety practice and becoming comfortable in the water are emphasized.

Lessons for children who can swim in deep water independently, using the front crawl with their arms out of their water while using breath control, can float on their back for 15 seconds and can swim on their back for 15 feet.

Students who completed classroom instruction with another organization may participate in 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training with our licensed staff. Participants must register for this course, prior to driving with one of our licensed staff. Instructors will be assigned based on availability.
